The Wee House gains planning permission!

Planning permission has been granted for The Wee House in the heart of Clerkenwell. The Scottish client came up with the name Wee House for a good reason. Although the house sits over four floors, it is only 2,5 meters wide at the street frontage, 5,5m deep, the width reducing to a point at the rear.

Small space big storage

JWa have designed bespoke joinery for this small flat in West Hampstead. The central element of the brief was to make the new storage in the lounge, kitchen and bedroom feel like it’s increasing the living space rather than eating into it.          

Planning permission for Camden roof extension!

We received confirmation this week that the proposed timber clad roof extension and external terrace to a Camden town house has received planning permission. This is great news for our clients and their young family. We’ll now be pushing on into detail design and towards construction.

Heathrow School – ideas study

Wouldn’t life be so much easier if the kids went to school near where you work? This nursery and primary school was intended for the staff of Heathrow Airport. The children climb a tree-like structure in departures at Terminal 1 and land in a magic learning landscape in the clouds!
