Planning permission has been granted for The Wee House in the heart of Clerkenwell. The Scottish client came up with the name Wee House for a good reason. Although the house sits over four floors, it is only 2,5 meters wide at the street frontage, 5,5m deep, the width reducing to a point at the rear.
This refurbishment of a 250 sqm house included complete modification of the internal layouts with a new bespoke kitchen, stairs, bathrooms and joinery.
JWa have designed bespoke joinery for this small flat in West Hampstead. The central element of the brief was to make the new storage in the lounge, kitchen and bedroom feel like it’s increasing the living space rather than eating into it.
The self-build project for our artist clients has completed on site. More photos to follow once landscaping work is finished.
