Following a successful redesign of the rear garden we are currently developing plans for the total refurbishment of the existing maisonette.

The proposal incorporates a new double-height lounge area, relocated bathroom and a loft extension with en-suite bathroom. The new kitchen with enlarged windows will maximise visual connections with the garden.
